Faculty

The Child's View Montessori's carefully selected and trained faculty believes in the goodness and power of human nature.  Their main task, as teachers, is to observe children in order to discover their unique developmental pattern.  As each pattern is understood, teacher and parents work together to foster, guide and support the child.  Because they spend three years together, teachers and children develop a relationship that is open, warm, and marked by mutual respect.  Each teacher knows ever child well in body, mind and spirit.  Our head teachers have an undergraduate college degree and Montessori training.  Our teachers are active learners, bringing their own experiences into the classroom.  Faculty experiences include physical education, music, art, and classroom material design.  The faculty continues to grow and retain their enthusiasm through professional development opportunities and working with students in the classroom.
